We are so grateful for the opportunity to care for your pets and to be part of your family. As we head into 2026, we’d like to share a few important updates, exciting new offerings, and seasonal reminders to help keep your pets healthy and happy.

Reminder Updates – Postcards Are Being Discontinued

We are officially discontinuing postcard reminders.

To ensure you continue receiving important updates about your pet’s care, including appointment reminders, vaccine notifications, and lab results—please make sure we have your current email address and cell phone number on file.

Text and email reminders are the fastest and most reliable way for us to stay connected with you.

Introducing Snout Wellness Plans

We are excited to now offer Snout Wellness Plans—preventive care plans designed to spread the cost of routine care into easy monthly payments over one year.

Adult Dogs & Cats (over 6 months):

  • All core vaccines for one year
  • Annual bloodwork
  • Fecal testing
  • Urinalysis
  • Two dewormings per year (dogs)
  • Unlimited office visits (sick or healthy)

Puppies & Kittens:

  • All vaccines and boosters for the first year
  • Multiple fecal tests
  • Multiple dewormings
  • Bloodwork
  • Unlimited office visits


Optional add-ons include:

  • Spay or neuter procedures
  • Dental cleanings (extractions not included)
  • One year of flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, including:
  • Our once-yearly heartworm injection
  • Our once-yearly flea & tick injection


Snout Wellness Plans help ensure your pet receives the preventive care they need for the entire year—with predictable monthly payments.

Please note: These plans are not insurance and do not cover illness, injuries, or treatments outside of routine preventive care.

Now Accepting Cherry Payment Plans

We are now accepting Cherry, a flexible payment option many of our clients are already loving.

  • Apply online and get approved in minutes
  • Soft credit check (no hard inquiry)
  • Approval is valid for 90 days
  • Can be used for services right here at our hospital


Credit & Debit Card Processing Fees (Effective February 1, 2026)

Beginning February 1, 2026, we will be implementing payment processing fees:

  • 3% for credit cards
  • 1.95% for debit cards


The cost of payment processing has continued to rise, and while we delayed this change as long as possible, we can no longer absorb these fees. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Allergy Season Is Right Around the Corner

As we move into late February and early spring, we begin seeing an increase in seasonal allergies, especially from late February through May.

Common signs of allergies in dogs include:

  • Itchy skin
  • Recurrent ear infections
  • Licking or chewing paws
  • Red or irritated skin
  • Hot spots or skin infections


If your pet uses seasonal allergy medications, we recommend restarting them toward the end of February. If your pet struggles with recurring skin or ear issues, please talk with us so we can create a customized allergy management plan.
